do i need experience?

for editing and producing, yes, you should be able to show us work. for site rep, no, we'll train you. the bar is effort and character. skill we can build.

is this paid?

yes. roles start per project, hourly, or as a percentage of what you help bring in. as you grow, so does the pay.

can i actually grow here?

that's the whole point. every role has a path to a lead or management spot with real ownership as we scale to more rooms and more locations.
