how many people can the space hold?
20 seats are included. the space can accommodate up to 30 people depending on your layout and event format. contact us before booking for more than 20 guests, tables or hands-on activities so we can confirm a comfortable setup.
what is included in the rental?
private access to the listed event area during your booked time, seating for up to 20 guests, a 75-inch 4k tv, slideshow clicker, bluetooth audio and restroom access. staffing, media coverage, setup, teardown and cleaning services are separate unless your confirmation includes them.
which time option should i choose?
minimum includes 2 hours ($250), half day includes 4 hours ($400) and full day includes 8 hours ($750). choose enough time for setup, your event and cleanup. for example, a 2-hour workshop with 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clean up needs a longer rental than the 2-hour minimum.
can i arrive early or stay later?
your access starts and ends at the times you book. early setup is not included. request any extra time in advance; extensions depend on availability and approval.
can i show slides or play music?
yes. a 75-inch 4k tv, slideshow clicker and bluetooth audio are included for presentations and quiet-to-moderate background music. confirm your device connection and presentation needs with us before the event.
can we have a dj, live music or loud audio?
advance approval and an exclusive sound use upgrade are required for a dj or pa system, subwoofers, live drums or percussion, amplified instruments, a live band, amplified performance or music louder than normal conversation. this reserves the sound-sensitive rooms for your booked time and depends on availability. undisclosed loud use may be stopped or rescheduled without extending the rental. contact us before booking.
does this reserve the entire building?
the rental includes the listed event area. music studio a, music studio b, offices and other rooms are not included unless your confirmation explicitly says otherwise.
can you photograph or film our event?
yes. professional photo and video coverage can be arranged as a separate service. contact us to coordinate the room and crew for the same date. see media coverage options.
can i book a recurring class or workshop?
yes. contact us with your preferred dates, rental length and group size. we will discuss availability and the best way to arrange your recurring bookings.
can we bring food, decorations or special equipment?
contact us before booking to confirm your plan, any food or drinks, decorations and equipment. the rental does not include catering. do not assume alcohol, open flames, adhesives or special equipment are approved.
