Your rental includes access to the listed photography and content sets, including:

Move between the available listed sets during your booked time. Music Studio A, Music Studio B, offices, and any area not listed as part of the Photo + Content Studio are not included unless your confirmation explicitly says otherwise.

Sound and noise policy
The standard rental is non-exclusive and is intended for quiet-to-moderate audio. Music videos are welcome when the performance is mimed or playback stays at a normal conversational/background level.
Advance approval and the Exclusive Sound Use upgrade are required for live drums or percussion, amplified instruments, live bands, PA or DJ speakers, subwoofers, amplified vocals, or music playback louder than normal conversation. Loud equipment or use may not be brought into the facility under a standard rental.
Exclusive Sound Use reserves the facility's sound-sensitive rooms for your booked time and is subject to availability. If you are unsure, disclose your equipment and sound plan before booking. Undisclosed loud use may be stopped or rescheduled without extending the rental.
