a few things to know.
what does my rental include?
access to the photography backdrop area and listed creative sets, plus the fitting room and makeup mirror. the back event space, music studios a/b, offices and unlisted rooms are not included. standard rental is non-exclusive.
is a photographer or producer included?
no. this is a space rental for your own photographer or production team. bring your cameras and recording setup; confirm any lighting or equipment needs before booking. for cameras, microphones and a producer included, book a content recording session.
what can i create here?
senior photos, portraits, headshots, branding, product photos, reels, tiktoks, youtube shorts, youtube videos, podcasts, ads, music videos and commercials. bring a prepared plan so you can make the most of your time.
can i move things and change outfits?
yes. use the fitting room and rearrange movable furnishings to suit your shoot. return everything to its original location before your booking ends. ask the team before moving fixed equipment or installations.
how much time should i book?
2 hours ($150) for a focused shoot. 4 hours ($300) for more looks and outfit changes. 6 hours ($425) for a longer production. 8 hours ($550) for our best hourly value. all setup, shooting, transitions and reset happen within your booked time.
can bands bring drums or use loud sound?
standard rental allows quiet to moderate audio, including music-video miming and playback at normal conversation volume. live drums, percussion, amplified instruments or vocals, PA/DJ systems, subwoofers, and louder playback require advance approval and the exclusive sound-use upgrade, subject to availability. do not book a standard rental expecting live sound. undisclosed loud use can be stopped or rescheduled without extending your time.
is this a soundproof, exclusive rental?
standard rental is non-exclusive and does not include exclusive sound use. if clean dialogue audio, a large crew or special production needs are essential, contact us before booking to confirm the setup.
