which purchases earn points?
eligible paid purchases earn 10 points per $1 on the order subtotal after discounts. selected high-ticket production and sponsorship packages are excluded. taxes and shipping do not earn points. contact the studio if you want to confirm a specific service before purchasing.
how do i check my balance?
select “join + view my rewards” on this page and sign in. your personal balance and available rewards appear in the smile rewards panel.
how do i use a reward?
open the rewards panel, choose an available reward, then copy its coupon code. enter the code at checkout and confirm the discount is applied before completing your purchase. the reward’s terms determine which purchases qualify.
do rewards apply to subscriptions or memberships?
do not assume a rewards coupon will discount a recurring payment. eligibility depends on the reward and subscription setup. check the reward’s terms or contact the studio before using it with a membership or monthly service.
what happens after a refund?
points earned from refunded orders are reversed under our rewards settings. your rewards balance can change when an order is refunded.
do i need to purchase to get birthday points?
the birthday earning action is free. you must enter your birthday in smile at least 30 days ahead. any redemption or purchase requirements still apply when you use a coupon.
