- upload + optimize: descriptions, supplied links and chapter timestamps, tags, playlists, eligible end screens and scheduling.
- test + follow through: one a/b test per eligible video, with up to three combinations. we review the result and retain the supported winner or strongest approved option.
- monthly tracking: releases, youtube views and subscriber change, with a review of available testing and watch-time signals.
one youtube channel. finished videos up to 90 minutes. testing depends on channel and video eligibility; low traffic can produce an inconclusive result.
podcast audio is included when applicable. we publish the matching audio supplied by you or exported from your finished video through your existing host for spotify distribution. one video plus its matching audio episode uses one release.

does this include filming or editing?
these plans start with finished content. recording, video and audio editing, and producing short-form clips are separate services. we can help you book production and editing alongside publishing.
can you post content i made myself?
yes. short-form publishing accepts finished videos, photos and carousels where supported by the platform. long-form publishing accepts finished videos. each uses a slot from your allowance. raw footage and new design work need production or editing first.
do i keep ownership of my accounts?
yes. your accounts and content stay yours. we guide you through granting account permissions or making a secure connection. do not send passwords through the product form or email.
what happens if i need more posts?
upgrade your monthly allowance or request a quote for extra volume. we agree on the scope and price before work begins. there are no automatic overage charges, and unused slots do not roll over.
can i cancel?
yes. sign in to your customer account and open subscriptions to cancel future billing before your next renewal. service continues through your paid period. contact the studio if you need help.
do you reply to comments or messages?
no. these plans cover account setup, content packaging, publishing and monthly tracking. daily engagement, direct messages, customer service and community moderation are separate work.

- set up one youtube a/b test per eligible video using up to three titles, thumbnails, or title-and-thumbnail combinations; review the result and retain the supported winner or strongest approved option when results are inconclusive
- organize videos into relevant playlists and add an end screen when your video is eligible and supports it
- check upload processing, release settings, links, and the published release
- publish matching podcast audio supplied by you or exported from your finished video with adapted episode metadata through one existing host for spotify distribution, when applicable
testing depends on youtube channel and video eligibility. up to three test combinations does not mean nine combinations. low traffic may produce an inconclusive result. the service includes publishing and packaging; it does not promise rankings, views, or subscriber growth.

monthly tracking + follow-through
at the beginning of each month, we update your content growth tracker for the prior calendar month: videos published, youtube views, and subscriber change. we include a short review of available thumbnail/title test results and click-through rate and watch-time signals to guide upcoming releases. for podcasts, available host-reported plays or downloads are listed separately from youtube views. when you also book short-form publishing, you receive one combined tracker across facebook, instagram, tiktok, and youtube. account totals may include older content and uploads outside our service.
one simple handoff
send your finished video, optional finished audio (or ask us to export audio from your finished video), guest and sponsor details, links, brand assets, and any chapter timestamps at least five business days before release. approve the title, thumbnail, description, and release schedule before publishing. one consolidated revision round per release is included. late files or approval can move your release date.
