• an intake questionnaire and review of your current content, goals, available time, and resources
• a 90-minute kickoff in week one to identify your priorities and build your original blueprint
• a personalized plan covering your unfair advantage, audience, offers, pricing and packaging, brand pillars, repeatable formats, weekly routine, and next actions
• eleven weekly private calls in weeks two through twelve, with up to 60 minutes reserved per call; use a shorter call when that is all you need
• a shared action tracker, adjustments to your plan as we learn, and a final review with your next 90-day priorities

one personal brand and one designated team member can participate in the same sessions. if someone on your team handles your content, they can learn the plan and carry out the work with you. you do not have to become a full-time creator to build a consistent personal brand.

between-call feedback, kept focused.

send one consolidated feedback submission each week through our agreed communication channel, with up to three specific questions or content links. crack reserves up to 15 minutes to review it and responds within two business days. deeper questions become the focus of your next call.

we start with what you want, what makes you different, and what you can sustain. then we decide what to talk about, how to capture it around your real life, and what to improve as you publish. we work from a simple shared dashboard: your goal, priorities, next actions, content calendar, and the results that matter. each call checks what happened, solves the current obstacle, and ends with the next few actions. you leave with decisions you can put into practice.

strategy session or ongoing coaching?

a standalone strategy session focuses on the problem you bring to that appointment. this program includes a personalized blueprint, reserved weekly support, between-call content feedback, and ongoing progress tracking across twelve weeks. choose a single session when you need a focused answer; choose coaching when you want help implementing and refining your system over time.

your team implements. crack helps you decide and improve.

filming, editing, publishing, advertising, website work, and daily marketing execution are separate services. professional production may be recommended when it supports your goals and budget. using crack house studios is optional.

we track implementation, consistency, content response, and relevant inquiries against your starting point. specific revenue, follower, and view results are not guaranteed.
